Lisa Talev has been a Massage therapist since 1998 and Holistic Health Coach since 2011. She launched her private practice in summer of 2007. Lisa works primarily with women over 30, to help them achieve their wellness goals while balancing life’s demands and reducing chronic pain. As a massage therapist, she specializes in neck and shoulder issues, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, headaches, grief, anxiety and PTSD. As a health coach, she specializes in overcoming overeating, stress management, mindfulness and exercise for stress relief. She also teaches healthy cooking, guiding highly sensitive people with food allergies on how to replace their favorite junk foods with ultra clean super-foods. Gluten-free, dairy free, egg free, nut free and sugar-free living are among her areas of expertise. Lisa also offers initial consultations at no cost, to help prospective clients determine whether she is the right coach to help them reach their goals.
